Hello,

I've been wanting to write about the unique experience we had at La Gran Francia since our return to Washington DC. My friends and I were in the beautiful city of Granada and the great facilities of La Gran Francia from the 7-9 of April, 2008. I made arrangements through you for the rooms, as well as for the round-trip transfer service. From our arrival at the airport in Managua, our driver and guide, Don Rene, made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. He was excellent and very accommodating, willing to take us where we wanted to go in Managua on the way. Upon our arrival in Granada, the service was fast and courteous during check-in and in providing help with our luggage to the rooms. Apart from the accommodations, we enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Everything is beautifully well-kept and spotless! (Wood-carvings and antique furniture and art, in the common areas as well!) Having breakfast included is a great amenity, besides this, we also patronized the other facilities in the hotel, mainly the lobby bar as well as the one on the second floor, and the same, everyone was very helpful. Indeed you have a unique property and concept. As a travel agent, I'm definitely recommending clients and friends who want to visit.
